Program of Cooperation between the Government of the Crimea and the Moscow city government in 2011-2013.

The press service of the Council of Ministers of the ARC informs, 24 July 2010 Prime Minister of Crimea Vasily Dzharty and Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, under the Agreement on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian and cultural spheres of 1998, signed the Cooperation Program between Council of Ministers of the ARC and the Government of Moscow for 2011-2013 years.

Yuri Luzhkov said that the Moscow government, which owns four resorts in the Crimea, became the fifth spa facility and is ready to continue to invest in a recreational complex of Crimea: "We recently bought another health resort, which will trim near the Kerch ... We are willing to invest, we are ready to grow ", - said Luzhkov.

Moscow Mayor also stated that he supports management decision of Ukraine and Russia to resume work on a project to build a bridge across the Kerch Strait, separating the territory of two states.
