Plakida acknowledged the illegality of land-making Council of Ministers

According to the former Chairman of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Victor Plakida, the adoption of illegal land decisions by the previous composition of the Crimean government was due to imperfections in the land legislation, which is used by local authorities in allocating land. He told this at the press conference in Simferopol on July 27.

Responding to questions from reporters, V. Plakida said that he feels responsible for those land decisions of the Crimean government, which were subsequently canceled as illegal. He also stressed that, before these issues were submitted to the government, an opinion on them gave profile agency - The National Committee of Crimea on land resources, as well as the legal department the Council of Ministers of Crimea. "We are fully aware that such decisions are associated with one - as inadequate land laws is the place to be, but the desire to improve financial situation is there, everybody goes on this, I mean the local authorities, because the initiative goes from there" - said V. Plakida.

He also expressed hope that the land law will be revised in part “the principles of land allocation by local authorities”.

According to the agency "Context-Crimea", 13 April, the Council of Ministers annulled 2 ruling of the previous government of the Crimea about the authorization of 216 citizens of Ukraine on the development of projects on allotment land area in the Big Yalta.

During the legality test of decisions were identified violation of the order setting the target destination of assigned lands. And ex-head of Reskomzem of Crimea Oleg Rusetsky at a meeting of the government publicly admitted his guilt in the fact that the Government had taken these illegal orders.
