Crimean ports increased turnover

Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine said that in general for the I half of 2010 commercial seaports of Ukraine increased transshipment of goods by 0,4% to 53 million tons. Crimean ports in much the same has increased its turnover by 9.5% and brought him almost up to 5 million tons, despite a significant reduction in turnover of Evpatorian port, of Yalta sea port, where turnover has been declining steadily for several years.

Construction output in the Crimea - the decline continues

In the I half of this year the enterprises and organizations of the Crimea have performed construction work amounting to 629.5 mln. That by 134,5 million UAH., Or by 17,6% less compared to the same period last year. According to the General Statistics Office in the Crimea, the general decline in the volume of construction is most affected by the performance of enterprises engaged in construction of buildings and structures. Their share in total volume of construction work is 89%. Most significantly reduced the work of enterprises engaged in construction of buildings - at 36%.
