Plakida acknowledged the illegality of land-making Council of Ministers
According to the former Chairman of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Victor Plakida, the adoption of illegal land decisions by the previous composition of the Crimean government was due to imperfections in the land legislation, which is used by local authorities in allocating land. He told this at the press conference in Simferopol on July 27.
Responding to questions from reporters, V. Plakida said that he feels responsible for those land decisions of the Crimean government, which were subsequently canceled as illegal.
